Ingredients
- •1 teaspoon Turmeric powder(Shop)
- •2 cups Water
- •1 inch, fresh, sliced Ginger
- •Pinch Black pepper
- •To taste Honey or lemon (optional)
Instructions
- 1Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan
- 2Add fresh ginger slices and reduce heat to a simmer
- 3Simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the water with ginger
- 4Add turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper
