Soothing Digestive Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder(Shop)
  • 250 ml Warm water
  • 1–2 teaspoons (optional) Lemon juice
  • 1–2 teaspoons (optional) Honey

Instructions

  1. 1Add ginger powder to a mug.
  2. 2Pour warm (not boiling) water over the ginger and stir well.
  3. 3If desired, add lemon juice and honey; stir to combine.
  4. 4Let sit for 2–3 minutes to mellow, then sip slowly.
