Cinnamon Turmeric Evening Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder(Shop)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder(Shop)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger powder (optional)(Shop)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1–2 teaspoons (to taste) Honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat; do not let it boil.
  2. 2Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger (if using) until well combined.
  3. 3Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
  4. 4Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
  5. 5Sip slowly as part of your evening wind-down ritual.
