- •1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- •1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- •1–2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup
- •For topping Berries or seasonal fruit
Instructions
- 1In a jar or bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla, and sweetener.
- 2Stir in the chia seeds, making sure they’re well distributed.
- 3Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
- 4Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until thick and pudding-like.
- 5Top with berries or fruit just before serving.
