Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Chia seeds(Shop)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1–2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup
  • For topping Berries or seasonal fruit

Instructions

  1. 1In a jar or bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla, and sweetener.
  2. 2Stir in the chia seeds, making sure they’re well distributed.
  3. 3Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. 4Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until thick and pudding-like.
  5. 5Top with berries or fruit just before serving.
