Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Chia seeds(Shop)
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (optional) Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and coconut (if using).
  2. 2Add nut butter and honey/maple syrup.
  3. 3Stir until the mixture holds together; chill for 10–15 minutes if it feels too soft.
  4. 4Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. 5Refrigerate until firm; store in an airtight container in the fridge.
