Ingredients
- •1/3 cup Chia seeds(Shop)
- •1/2 cup Rolled oats
- •1/3 cup Nut butter (almond or peanut)
- •3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- •1/4 cup (optional) Desiccated coconut
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and coconut (if using).
- 2Add nut butter and honey/maple syrup.
- 3Stir until the mixture holds together; chill for 10–15 minutes if it feels too soft.
- 4Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- 5Refrigerate until firm; store in an airtight container in the fridge.
