Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Beetroot powder(Shop)
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 small, frozen Banana
  • 1–1.5 cups Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds(Shop)
  • To taste Honey or dates (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Add almond milk to your blender.
  2. 2Add frozen berries, banana, beetroot powder, and chia seeds.
  3. 3Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Taste and add honey or a pitted date if you prefer more sweetness.
  5. 5Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
