Refreshing Amla Vitamin C Tonic

Ingredients
- •1 teaspoon Amla powder(Shop)
- •250 ml, room temperature or slightly warm Water
- •1–2 teaspoons (optional) Lemon juice
- •1–2 teaspoons (optional) Honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- 1Add water to a glass or small jar.
- 2Whisk in the amla powder until fully dissolved.
- 3If desired, add lemon juice and honey/maple syrup and stir again.
- 4Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity to your preference.
- 5Enjoy immediately, ideally on an empty stomach or between meals.
