Refreshing Amla Vitamin C Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Amla powder(Shop)
  • 250 ml, room temperature or slightly warm Water
  • 1–2 teaspoons (optional) Lemon juice
  • 1–2 teaspoons (optional) Honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1Add water to a glass or small jar.
  2. 2Whisk in the amla powder until fully dissolved.
  3. 3If desired, add lemon juice and honey/maple syrup and stir again.
  4. 4Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity to your preference.
  5. 5Enjoy immediately, ideally on an empty stomach or between meals.
